Justin Barrie & Mel Edwards

Design Managers Australia (DMA) was a Service Design Agency which ran from 2003 to 2021. Founded by Principal Justin Barrie in 2003, DMA was joined by Co-Principal, Mel Edwards in 2012.

With a special focus on public services, DMA delivered best practice high level strategic design and implementable service specifications and research in most public sector domains.

With work crossing everything from taxation, superannuation, policing, justice, community services, transport and local government; DMA’s work increasingly led in the specialist domains of education, design with young people, and digital and technology delivery.
